It is neither good or bad. I say video game is art, but in the term Capitalist Art. As game markers care about their games, and want many people to play them, but at the end of the day they want some money even if it is $.99. This term can be used for Artists as they want to make art, but can't admit at the end of the day they want money for the work, even if it is a bit of money.
